Real Work. Clear Scopes. A Company That Treats the Trade Like It Matters.
You’re a skilled technician who takes pride in clean work. But too many jobs come with one-line descriptions, zero support from the office, and a dispatcher who has never pulled cable in their life. SouthEastern Signal is built by people who have done the work — and we run our jobs the way we wished our jobs had been run.
If you treat low-voltage like a trade, not gig work
We’re looking for techs who care about the work — not just the check. If you take pride in clean cable management, proper labeling, and leaving a site better than you found it, keep reading.
Experienced low-voltage techs
Techs who have been in the field and understand cabling, terminations, labeling, and what it means to leave a clean job behind.
Lead techs & small companies
Lead technicians and small LV businesses who can run sites, communicate with PMs, and manage helpers or apprentices on the job.
Apprentices & helpers (through leads)
Newer techs who are learning the trade and are paired with leads that can teach and make sure the work is done to standard.
Low-voltage work. Every time. Not random chaos.
We stay in the low-voltage and deployment lane. You’ll work in environments you know — retail, QSR, grocery, industrial, office, and construction — doing the kind of work that builds real skills, not random break/fix gigs.
Low-voltage & infrastructure
Structured cabling, fiber, pathways, racks, terminations, and testing in retail, QSR, grocery, industrial, and office environments.
Technology-ready installs
Device-ready work for access points, cameras, kiosks, POS, sensors, and related tech — often in support of MSPs, OEMs, or GCs.
Multi-site programs
Rollouts and refresh cycles where scopes repeat and you get familiar with the patterns, documentation, and expectations.
Simple path from “interested” to “dispatched”
No 20-field application. No bureaucratic onboarding. Tell us what you do, where you work, and what tools you carry. We’ll match you with the right jobs.
You share your skills, tools, preferred regions, and how you like to work — solo, with a helper, or as part of a crew. We use that to match you with the right jobs instead of sending random broadcasts.
When there’s a fit, we send opportunities with scope, location, expected hours, and pay structure. You can accept or decline based on what makes sense for you.
Onsite, you follow the agreed scope, capture photos and notes, and communicate if something changes. Once approved, the job moves through our payment process on a predictable schedule.
What we expect — straight up
We’re serious about how we show up to clients. That means we’re direct about what we need from the techs who represent us in the field.
Professionalism on site
Show up on time, respect the site, keep the workspace clean, and interact well with managers, staff, and other trades.
Clean installs & documentation
Cable management, labeling, and photo documentation that you’d be proud to show another tech six months later.
Communication when things change
If something on site doesn’t match the scope, you raise it early, share what you’re seeing, and work with us on a plan — not after the fact.
What you get in return
Steady work with clear expectations, fair compensation, and the kind of professional environment where skilled techs actually want to stay.
Clear scopes & expectations
Jobs are scoped in plain language with photos or drawings when available — not one-line mysteries that change after you arrive.
Respect for your time
We factor travel, site realities, and realistic work time into how we design jobs and talk about what “done” looks like.
Room to grow
Over time, strong performers get access to more complex work, leadership opportunities, and the chance to help shape how we run the field.
